Disclosure of Recovery Action Plan

In accordance with the Financial Services Authority Regulation (POJK) Number 5 of 2024 concerning the Determination of Supervisory Status and Resolution of Issues in Commercial Banks, all banks—both systemic and non-systemic—are required to prepare a Recovery Plan.

Superbank has developed its Recovery Plan in compliance with the applicable regulations, which has been recorded in OJK’s supervisory administration and approved by shareholders through the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
