Corporate Secretary Information - Superbank - Teman Andalan Untuk Keuanganmu

Astrid Abina Carolin, S.H., LL.M, was appointed Head of Corporate Secretary in October 2025 based on Board of Directors Circular Decree No. 004/KEP-DIR/SBI/X/2025. She is a legal professional with over 20 years of experience in law firms and as in-house counsel in the technology, media, and telecommunications (TMT) and financial technology sectors.

She earned her law degree from the University of Indonesia, Faculty of Law (2003) and her Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Sydney (2005). She is also a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) and holds a Basic Capital Market Legal Consultant Professional Certification.

Prior to joining Superbank, she served as Head of Legal and Compliance at PT Visionet Internasional (OVO) from 2018 to 2022. Her prior roles also include in-house counsel (General Counsel for Indonesia) at PT Yahoo Indonesia (2011-2015) and Head of Legal and Compliance at PT Tokobagus (OLX Indonesia) (2015-2017). She currently holds the dual roles of Head of Legal and Head of Corporate Secretary at Superbank.
